What Is The Reason For The Stuck Turbocharger Car Rotor Shaft And The Decrease In Engine Power?
What is the reason for the stuck turbocharger car rotor shaft and the decrease in engine power?
Reasons for the blocking of the turbocharger car rotor shaft:
1. Excessive longitudinal and lateral clearance of the rotor shaft will cause the shell to be rubbed. The reason is that the copper sleeve, the rotor shaft and the floating bearing are excessively worn.
2. The reasons for the burning of the shaft are: engine oil pressure is too low or the oil passage leading to the turbocharger car is blocked without oil, the long-term hot car is directly turned off without idling for 3-5 minutes, etc.
3. Poor quality of the air cleaner filter paper cannot filter dust. The air pipe from the air cleaner to the compressor end of the turbocharger car is cracked. There is only one reason for the exhaust impeller breaking, and the engine exhaust emits foreign matter.
4. The longitudinal clearance of the rotor shaft is too large, and the rotor shaft loses its dynamic balance after the shell is severely rubbed.
|The sound is abnormal and the engine power drops:
1. The turbine or impeller is damaged and has been rubbed against the casing, so the turbocharger car should be replaced.
2. The connection port between the machine and the engine is leaking. Replace or tighten the hose.
3. The air release valve is damaged, readjust or replace it.
4. The air filter is damaged and the impeller is worn out. Replace the air filter.
5. If foreign matter enters, the turbocharger car should be replaced.
